Query Folding and combining Google Forms with SSRS and Power BI

Details
--- Description ---
This evening we'll first take a dive into query folding. This very important but often overlooked feature can make or break the data refresh for your reports. Nicky van Vroenhoven will guide us through the what, how and why of query folding.
Next up is Indira Bandari, speaker at SQL Saturday conferences and an impressive career of already 15 years in BI. She'll be guiding us through an innovative solution she build, combining Google Forms, SSRS and Power BI. This is a session that was also recently selected at a SQL Saturday, so really a must see!
Last but not least, as always, there's time for you to bring your own questions, issues, ideas to the group. You can already start a discussion in the comments and we'll facilitate you during the meetup.

--- Session 1 ---
- Query folding in Power BI *
Power Query allows you to extract and transform data from a variety of data sources. Have you ever noticed that the importing of data is slower than you expected? In most of those cases, query folding is not happening. Query folding is very important because it offloads data transformations to the source instead of doing them in Power BI. Come learn how you can ensure you get all the performance improvements possible for your reports! As a bonus, you'll also learn when query folding is not your best friend.

- Google Forms meet Power BI via Reporting Services (SSRS)*
Are you interested in getting to know what your customers are thinking about your services? Empower your business with this end to end solution of creating feedback survey, sending and receving the responses and then finally analysing the same.
In this session I will show you how to
• Initiate customer feedback surveys using Google Forms.
• Send the survey emails to the database contacts through data driven subscriptions of Reporting
Services (SSRS)
• And finally analyse the customer feedback using Power BI
