Trauma memories can leave lingering triggers even when we think we have dealt with it all. We’re often surprised by these reactions & discouraged that we don’t know how to be without our traumatic past. We feel like a failure; we are healing from what happened in the past, but don’t have the tools to deal with the effect of our past trauma on our current life.
Emotional Freedom Technique, or “tapping” is a somatic way to calm down the nervous system and help us sort things out. EFT works to reintegrate & reorganize our thought patterns & memories. With tapping we can get relief from the strong emotions our brain has assigned to certain events & gradually work at deeper levels until the sting is gone from our traumatic memories. Done correctly, EFT has become a gold standard of energy psychology & healing practices.
Join us for this event, at which you will:
- Break through the overwhelm that comes with facing the world as your best self after trauma
- Learn the basic pattern of tapping used in EFT & how to use it alone or with a guide
- Break down your emotional work into manageable chunks that you can accomplish
- Gain a renewed sense of hope & possibility for your future as your best self.
