What if companionship is not something we find…

In lesbian-centered community, companionship is more than shared interests or proximity. It may be the quiet capacity to regulate together, to tell the truth without harming, to stay present when discomfort arises, and to repair when rupture happens. ✨

We’ll explore companionship through the lens of relational capacities:
• Attunement to one another’s nervous systems
• The pause between reaction and response
• Emotional steadiness instead of intensity
• Honest speech braided with care
• Repair as strength, not failure 🔥

Companionship may not be fusion.
It may be attuned separateness — closeness with integrity.

Together we’ll reflect, discuss, and gently examine:
Where do I feel accompanied?
Where do I withdraw?
What capacities in me are ready to expand? 💜
