This is a great way to do a daily meditation practice and you can join us LIVE to ife a day or waych the replay It will ne held on Facebook live and Inclide 30 days of beautiful and positive practicetices

The beauty is you will be met where you are. You will be inspired to practice daily and you keep all of the recordings.

HOW IT WORKS: Join me in a private facebook group where you will listen, learn, discuss some pretty cool topics for 30 days. Each day there will be two lives (aboit twn minutes each) and other postings related to living a magically connected life. Listen whenever you can but strive to do your practice daily.

Twice a day (10 am and again at 7 pm PST) I'll go live to present a spiritual practice related to living/creating/cultivating a spiritually connected practice.

It is spiritual, not religious. No dogma. Use what works for you! You will be deeply held and all beliefs welcome. Create your own personal practice. Names I may use for Higher Power are not meant to say my terms are the best or only ones, but they are the ones I most often use:
