On Saturday, Feb. 8th, I invite you to attend AWAKEN THE HEALER WITHIN - AWAKEN YOUR HEART ENERGY!

There will also be a resource center with additional tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) meditation, Visualization, Foot Reflexology video, and a replay of the workshop, as well as key slides and quotes from Healing and Mindset experts like Greg Braden, Joe Dispenza, and Deepak Chopra. I will also be teaching a heart-coherence meditation. Topics include EFT, Meditation, Gratitude, Reiki, Mindset and Bija Chanting.
