Is life a game?
If so, am I playing it right?
How many players do I represent?
Florence Scovel Shinn speaks about three in book, 'The Game of Life and How to Play It'.
Player 1# - Subconscious Mind (The Wife /Feminine Person) – Is the part of you that reacts from memory according to what you have learned over time. Good or Bad. It does not need your authority to react. Whatever you feel deeply will be reflected within reactions from this player. Think of this player like...The Wife...Once you promise her something, you have to deliver. It will constantly remind your Conscious Mind of your desires and inner most thoughts.
Player #2 - Conscious Mind – Mortal / Human Mind (The Husband / Masculine Person)– Is the part of you that is awake. This person is the Hunter / Seeker. It is looking for a way to implement your desires, dreams, or goals. The player has control over your 5 senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, & hear). How you use these will determine how happy powerful you subconscious mind becomes.
Player #3 - Superconscious – There is something perfect that lives within you. Something that provides insight without having all of the data / information. The inner knowledge that cannot be explained but can always be trusted. God’s Perfect Will is hidden here. The Superconscious Mind. My Opinion. The Holy Spirit. But how can you become one with it? How can you have him take over so that more things come out perfect?
