In our January meetup we will explore why professional Coaching skills are important and practice simple and transformative coaching tools /skills that builds collaboration. Too often we believe that the road to collaboration between tech teams and the wider business is hard and requires major organisational structural changes for it to succeed.
We will bust this myth.

In this session you will practice two simple ORSC* tools that transforms individuals and teams to act collaboratively, quickly, building bridges between tech teams and the wider business, resolving road blocks towards collaboration

*ORSC – Organisation Relationship Systems Coaching. An ICF Accredited Coach training methodology which focuses on coaching the relationships at work (in fact relationships in any context).

Nairy McMahon (CPCC, ORSCCert, PCC) a Business Developer, Entrepreneur, Team and Individual Coach and Business Manager who brings focus on strengthening relationships to optimise team performance honing in on alignment during transformational change. Nairy’s coaching experience covers a diversity of sectors at Board level and delivery level, from global organisations, to charities and start-ups.

Zak Meziane is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) with 15 years’ experience in helping organisations and their leaders thrive in a complex and changing economy by transforming the way they think and work.
