Too often we believe that the road to collaboration between tech teams and the wider business is hard and requires major organisational structural changes for it to succeed.

In this session you will practice two simple ORSC* tools that transforms individuals and teams to act collaboratively, quickly, building bridges between tech teams and the wider business, resolving road blocks towards collaboration
