Don’t worry if you're new or feel inflexible – this class is welcome to all levels and genders.
⭐️ I’m here to guide you patiently and clearly, making sure every posture feels good and safe for your body.
⭐️ To make sure every student gets the attention they deserve, I only offer one-on-one or small private classes. This way, I can focus completely on your progress and help you practice safely and effectively 💖
⭐️ Please just let me know before class if you have any injuries or concerns – that way I can help you practice mindfully.
