Using Claude Co-Work to Manage Email

This will be a more hands-on event. In previous meetups, business owners told us that triaging email and handling email-related tasks would be a great use case for AI. In this session, we’ll walk through one practical approach — one of many possible ways to do it.

We’ll explore Claude Co-Work and show how it can be used to schedule a task that checks email every hour and performs a simple triage process. For example, it might rank emails from 1 to 5 based on priority, helping you quickly see which messages need attention first.

If time allows, we’ll also look at another useful workflow: pulling attachments and data from emails and adding them to a Google Sheet or another simple tracking system.
