We'll show multiple approaches so you can pick what works for you:

Using Claude Desktop or ChatGPT with built-in Gmail and Google Drive connectors (no code required)
Using the Pipedream MCP server to connect services together
Using Claude Code with MCP servers from Google and Microsoft for more control
We'll cover connecting to Gmail, Google Drive, and OneDrive, and show how to keep your business records organized — vendor invoices, state and federal documents, and more. We'll also look at how to schedule this as a recurring task so your attachments get organized automatically, like every night.If time allows, we'll preview some advanced topics — like pulling data from those attachments and acting on it.
