Your inbox is full of valuable data trapped in unstructured emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, account statements, client inquiries. In this session, we'll show how to use AI to pull that data out and organize it into Google Sheets where it can be searched, reported on, and used to drive automation.
We'll walk through several approaches:
Using Claude Desktop or ChatGPT with built-in connectors (no code required)
Using the Pipedream MCP server to wire Gmail to Google Sheets
Using Claude Code with MCP servers for more control and flexibility
We'll cover extracting structured data from unstructured emails — dates, amounts, names, reference numbers — and building spreadsheets that update automatically from incoming email. We'll also look at how that structured data can trigger downstream automations and workflows.Who is this for?
