Rebirthing Breathwork at the Aikido Peace Education Center
Details
In the middle of a busy week, our nervous systems often get stuck in "doing" mode. This afternoon gathering is an invitation to shift from the busyness of the mind into the deep, restorative intelligence of the body.
Using Conscious Connected Breathing and somatic awareness, we create a safe container to explore who we really are under all the noise—noticing the different sensations and emotional layers that arise when we finally give ourselves permission to slow down.
Whether you are looking to release held tension, regulate your nervous system, or simply reconnect with your inner wisdom, the breath meets you exactly where you are.

A Quick "Note" on the Location
If you haven't been there yet, the Aikido Peace Education Center is located at 1101 N State St. It’s on the second floor (Suite 200). The entrance is often shared with other professional offices, so look for the signs leading upstairs.
There is usually metered street parking available nearby, but give yourself an extra 5–10 minutes to find a spot and settle into the space before we begin at 2:00 PM
