Working with Resistance: Integration in Practice

Details

Resistance shows up in many forms on the healing path — procrastination, doubt, avoidance, or the feeling of being “stuck.” Rather than something to push through or eliminate, resistance can actually be a doorway into deeper self-understanding and transformation.

In this experiential session, we’ll explore practical ways to meet resistance with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll:
✨ Practice simple tools for noticing resistance in the body and mind
✨ Learn reframes that help transform resistance into insight
✨ Share experiences in community to normalize and integrate what arises

This event blends guided practice (breathwork, somatic awareness, and journaling prompts) with open group sharing, so you’ll leave not only with tools you can use right away, but also a felt sense of support and connection.

Who it’s for:
Anyone exploring microdosing, plant medicine integration, or personal growth who wants to better understand their relationship with resistance and learn how to work with it as an ally on their path.

What to bring:

A journal & pen

A quiet, comfortable space

An open mind and heart
