Intentional Microdosing Walk and Talk: Lake Whatcom Hertz trail
Details
We spend most of our days staring at screens, managing to-do lists, and trying to think our way through every problem. Sometimes, the best way to get unstuck and gain a fresh perspective is to change our environment and start moving.
I’m hosting this walk because I believe that the quiet rhythm of the outdoors helps clear the mental clutter. This walk is a casual, grounded space to explore the basics of intentional microdosing.
Whether you are curious about what it is, how it works, or how people use it to support their daily focus and mental clarity, we’ll talk about it all in plain English—without the confusing jargon or the hype.
The Trail & Atmosphere We’ll wander through the lush forest beside Lake Whatcom, following the gentle rhythm of breath, footsteps, and the fading light. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what’s alive—within and around you.
The Path: The trail is mostly flat, following the shoreline of Lake Whatcom. It’s an easy out-and-back path, meaning you can turn around at any time if you need to.
Atmosphere: This is a relaxed, non-judgmental, and confidential space. Whether you have experience or are simply doing your research, all are welcome.
What We’ll Cover: The Basics: What microdosing actually is (and isn’t). The "How": How people are using it to support their daily routines and mental focus.
The Integration: How to take the insights you get from these practices and actually use them when you go back to your routine on Monday morning.
What to Bring Comfortable walking shoes, water, and layers for the weather.
✨ All are welcome—come exactly as you are.
