Thinking of change as a divine force: Change is reflected in nature (seasons, cycles) and human life (growth, transitions).

Ways to greet change as a catalyst for transformation: Explore ways to let go of old patterns, beliefs, or identities that no longer serve your higher purpose.

Embracing the flow: Step into change with trust. Try a simple
spiritual exercise that can help you lean into divine timing.

All Are Welcome! This is truly an open ended spiritual discussion, based on sharing our personal spiritual experiences.

We show respect for each other by giving everyone room to ask questions, share spiritual experiences, and please no attempts to preach or "tell", are what these discussions are all about. Because we each recognize spiritual truth in our own hearts.
