Widows and widowers both young and old - let's get together! When I was widowed 7 yrs ago at age 39, I found my Seattle widow/er groups to be more comforting and validating than ANYTHING. I am starting a casual group here in Bellingham, which will include - 1 to 2x a month voluntary group gathering in person with masks (catch up, do check-ins, call it group-therapy-very-lite), voluntary social things (monthly outdoor potluck? monthly happy hour), and online discussion/support. You are welcome to join even if you only ever interact with the group online in the discussion group! Please join my newly-formed widow/er community in Bellingham!
