This class is perfect for new mums who want to get active, reconnect with their bodies, and experience the joy of bellydance, all while having their baby or young child close by.

Class structure that’s easy to follow, with plenty of room for your baby or small child to play, relax, or even join in the fun with you!

  • Low-impact, full-body workout: Focus on core strength, pelvic floor health, and posture, perfect for postpartum recovery.
  • Gentle movements: A slow, graceful pace to accommodate new mums, with time to stop and tend to your baby when needed.

This is an open level for everyone. No dance experience needed at all
