Art Reception: Dorothea McCowan & Heather Birnbaum Harris

Please join the Bay Area Local Artists group as we attend the art reception for the joint exhibit of local painters: Dorothea McCowan (Redwood City) & Heather Birnbaum Harris (Belmont)! Dorothea and Heather look forward to speaking with people about their process, passions and inspirations.

History: Dorothea and Heather met a year ago and became fast friends inspiring each other to push their art skills to a new level!
