Glow and Grow: A Walk for Women to Connect

Are you a woman in the Vancouver area who is looking to build more meaningful connections with other women who inspire you and are ALSO looking for deep, meaningful, supportive friendships?

Ladies, I hear you -- it can be HARD to make girlfriends in Vancouver. It's hard to know where to find like-minded women who prioritize wellness, personal growth, and deep connections. This event is meant to remove that barrier and bring together the RIGHT women who want to skip the small talk and experience a meet-and-greet like you've never seen before.

What you can expect:

• A fun round of introductions at the beginning for all participants to introduce themselves and connect
• A dynamic walk filled with rotations and guided conversation prompts designed to help you connect with several attendees over thoughtful topics
• An "Asks and Offers" circle at the end for you to pitch yourself and/or get help from any attendees on any questions or services you may be looking for -- you NEVER know what help could come through unexpectedly!

Each week, we explore new topics of discussion. This week, we'll be chatting about Manifestation: how to become what you want to attract to fill your life with magic, love, and wealth!

Guidelines for the Day of the Walk:

• We will meet in front of the Science World Entrance! Please text the organizer Mariana at 672-200-2912 if you're going to be late or if you have trouble finding the group!
• This walk will happen RAIN OR SHINE (unless extreme weather conditions). You will be given a 2-hour notice if the event gets cancelled last-minute! If the weather IS extreme, alternate plans will be made to meet at a nearby restaurant or coffee shop to still move forward with our gathering!
• Bring a water bottle and some cash in case you'd like a coffee or an ice cream!
• Bring your business cards or QR codes if you have a service that you are promoting that other attendees could benefit from.

About the Organizer: Mariana Jimenez (she/her) is a Women's Somatic Coach and Founder of Commitment to Growth Somatic Coaching for Women and the BELONG Sisterhood. Her work involves helping anxious people-pleasing women heal their minds, hearts, and bodies after years of self-betrayal. Through 1:1 coaching and her signature women's circles, Mariana's mission is to help release the shame, fear, and trauma that is holding them back from experiencing the love, connection, and intimacy between themselves and others that they desire (and DESERVE).
