Why Conflict Hurts: A Women's Circle to Understand Your Triggers in Love

Have you ever thought that maybe you and your current or past partner don't have the same conflict style, and this is why you can't seem to come back into connection after conflict?
The Conflict Styles, like our attachment styles, are how we approach conflict while honouring our needs, triggers, and our goals for the relationship. But we don't all have the same approach to conflict, and this can lead to accumulated resentment, disconnection, and distance where there could be soil for intimacy, depth, and reconnection.
Not to mention, when we are deeply triggered, and coming back into connection feels impossible, scary, or pointless, how do we honour ourselves while still honouring our partner's needs?
In this beautiful circle for women to connect, learn, and share experiences, you will learn:
- What the different Conflict Styles are and what yours may be
- How certain triggers can ignite our attachment wounds, and how to manage them to return to healthy conflict resolution
- How to read between the lines of what your partner is expressing to better understand their Inner Child and the wounds that trigger them
- How to use conflict as a vehicle for relationship growth and even come out more in love than before
This workshop is for you if:
- You are currently in a relationship and looking for tools to strengthen your conflict resolution skills with your partner
- You are single and reflecting on past relationships, wondering what you could have done better and how to prevent certain patterns in the future
- You're just a curious gal looking for a beautiful group of like-minded, ambitious women to hang with on a Sunday evening!
Join me, Mariana Jimenez, Somatic Attachment Coach and Founder of Commitment to Growth Somatic Coaching for Women, for an intimate evening of healing and transformation using the power of Attachment Science to release our biggest blocks to love, confidence, and intimacy with ourselves and others, formed in early life.
