A weekly peer-led gathering for people navigating everyday life challenges, transitions, and change.
This is a space for anyone who feels isolated, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of connection with others.
You don’t need a diagnosis, a label, or a specific “problem” to attend. Life is enough.
We meet as strangers and leave as humans who feel a little less alone.
This is not therapy, not treatment, and not advice-based. It’s a space for:
- sharing what’s real in your life right now
- listening without judgment
- small moments of connection
- being part of a group where you don’t have to “be okay” to belong
A simple structure helps keep things grounded:
- brief check-in
- open sharing
- optional reflections
- closing intention for the week
All are welcome, especially those going through:
- loneliness or isolation
- life transitions or uncertainty
- relationship changes or loss
- burnout or feeling stuck
- rebuilding routines or starting over
