A weekly peer-led gathering for people navigating everyday life challenges, transitions, and change.
This is a space for anyone feeling:
- lonely or isolated
- stuck or in transition
- overwhelmed or burnt out
- or simply wanting more human connection
You do not need a diagnosis or to be “doing badly enough” to attend. Life itself is enough reason to show up.
This is not therapy or treatment. It is a peer space for conversation, listening, and connection.
You can:
- share what’s going on in your life
- listen without pressure
- or simply be present
