Lockdown Saturday’s Community Support Group

Love Discovery Institute is an elite cognitive and emotional wellness center with licensed mental health professionals and coaches ready to serve the South Florida community. We have launched an initiative to provide the community with a free online support group intended to help individuals, couples and families manage their mental hygiene through this global crisis. Sessions will consist of helpful information regarding the management of the pressures and difficulties affecting everyone from a mental health perspective. Additionally we will also be providing resources, techniques, tips, and hold a Q & A for those individuals. Open participation support group or just join and listen.
