Details
Join us every Wednesday morning! We will meet at 7:00 am for a group stretch & 5 min warm up walk, followed by a run/jog/walk for 30 min at your own pace, then finish together with a group 5 min walk & cooldown stretch. As the group continues to grow, this allows a chance for people to continue their own training at their own desired pace while still getting an hour workout in, starting and finishing as a group.
