AM Winter Run Training
Details
Weekday runs every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday. We will meet at 6:45 am for a group 5 min warm up, run/jog/walk for 50 min at your own pace, then finish together with a group 5 min cooldown stretch. As the group continues to grow, this allows a chance for people to continue their own training at their own desired pace while still getting an hour workout in, starting and finishing as a group.
