Gravel Bike Ride, Crooked River, 37 miles and 3,200 feet

Details
Saturday is lining up for the perfect day to step away from that bike trainer to join the Dirty Freehub team on a ride. This ride starts at the Crooked River Campground and includes amazing views of the Lake Billy Chinook area.
A few things to know: this is going to be a Dirty Freehub photo /video shoot, so wear your brightest coolest colors. KimE, aka Rock Doc, will be joining us which means we will toss in a geology discussion. Also, this route is ALL pavement, so technically this is a road ride. However, we ask that you ride your gravel bike because WE will be on gravel bikes and because we would like the photos to be of gravel cyclists. (This is going to be part of a larger route we are working on.)

This route is a simple out and bike which takes you to the HooDoos trailhead; if you aren’t quite up for 37 miles and 3,200 feet of climbing, you can easily turn around sooner. Ebikes are welcome.
My pace? 10-12 mph for average speed. This is not a supported event. If we drop you on the way out, you can see us on the way back! :-) Please download the route. Cell service is limited. We will ROLL OUT of the parking lot at 11.
