DATE CHANGED DUE TO WEATHER. Let’s wait till Friday - much warmer.
The ride is called SLOW "Intermeasy" meaning an intermediate ride, with possible walkable technical here and there, but we will ride at an easier pace (easier pace than other BACE Intermediate or Intermeasy rides). No one left behind; my husband, Mark will sweep. I will be leading the ride, so expect a my slower uphill pace. If you want to ride faster, this is not the ride for you.
eBikes NOT allowed on this trail.

We will have several stops along the way, to enjoy the scenery and each other's company.

We'll begin by parking on the dirt road that is the first right turn off Skyliners after the Phils Trailhead parking lot. That is Road 4606. Park down by the open gate on your left. We will head onto the MTB connector trail, then around and up the dirt road for a bit (to avoid technical) and onto Mrazek. Mrazek will be our reward with the miles upon miles of sweet, winding single track, that is not technical. Our goal will be to make it to the green pump shack over the dry creek bed (we in jest call this "The COTA Headquarters"), turn around and head back.
Nitty gritty details about the ride: Total mileage about 12.5 miles and 1.5-2.0 hours. Time will depend on speed of the group and the number of stops and/or rests needed along the way.

Cell phone, GPS or map, First Aid Kit, and plenty of water/snacks are advised.

Lunch afterwards - location to be announced at the ride briefing, and introductions.
