About us
Welcome Telemark Skiers in the Bend / Deschutes County Area. This group seeks to bring folks together who love the grace and challenge of the traditional Telemark ski turn. The goal is to meetup and make some turns throughout the ski season. We will mix it up with both lift service and some social events. All ability levels are welcome, and hopefully we can all improve our techniques by getting out there learning from each other. Group skis will be rated for each event and we will try and give an accurate description for each day. The main goal is to have some fun on the hills.
BTW.....this group will not have any dues. Everyone will cover their own lift passes as appropriate. There are no waivers, but personal responsibility will be covered at every event.

22 Designs Demo Day at Mt Bachelor
Mt. Bachelor, 13001 SW Century Drive, Bend, or, USThe 22 Designs Demo Tour makes a stopover at Mt Bachelor on Saturday. Mt. Bachelor Oregon | February 21-22 – 22 Designs
Come demo some skis from Voile, Moment, Scarpa Boots (TX Pro and TX Comp) and of course the great range of tele bindings from 22 Designs. Perhaps you have been skiing 75mm for a while and want to try NTN. Perhaps you are interested in trying out uphill travel with skins (they will be available) for more of a backcountry set up. Perhaps you have been skiing NTN for a while but want to check out the new version of Scarpa boots, or a different NTN binding. Or perhaps you just want to hang out with other tele skiers and catch some laps. This is your day. Fresh snow all week so the skiing should be good with great groomers on piste, but also off piste (warning, still low tide) and side country. This is a drop in whenever it fits your schedule event, but the demo tent and 22D tech staff will be around 9-3. Let's gather and show some Oregon Support for 22 Designs and of course Mt Bachelor. Demos are free, but of course a valid lift pass for the day is required. Demo tent will be on snow at base of Red Chair.
