Take a break from the screen and step into nature for a mix of breathwork, yoga, and community connection. No experience needed — just bring yourself, a mat, and an open mind.
What to Expect:
✨ A welcoming circle to ground and connect
✨ Gentle, nature-inspired yoga led outdoors
✨ Guided intuitive breathwork journey
✨ Closing circle and optional time for connection
All practices are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. Come exactly as you are — no experience necessary.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or towel
- Blanket or extra layers (it may cool down in the evening)
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen (optional)
- Anything that helps you feel cozy outdoors (like a hat or socks)
Agenda:
6:00 PM – Welcome & Opening Circle
6:15 PM – Yoga + Movement Practice
7:00 PM – Intuitive Breathwork Journey
7:45 PM – Closing Circle & Goodbyes
8:00 PM – Event concludes
How to Find Us:
We’ll meet near the main parking area at Sawyer Park. Look for a small set up with yoga mats and friendly faces! We'll also post a sign or have something visible like a colorful scarf or flag so you can spot us easily. Exact meeting point details will be emailed to all RSVPs the day before the event.
