This small-group experience (max 12 guests) in central Bend features three cornerstone dishes of Chilean culture, each with a Pacific Northwest twist from Chef Brian Garza of Fire Fare Food. Brian cooks at the table, you join in along the way, and everyone sits down family-style to share what's made.
During dinner, I’ll share how my experiences in with my host family in Chile's Aysén region has been evolving since 2007. I'll answer your questions and share my experience building, living, laughing and connecting with wild Patagonia — the rivers, the people, the food, the culture, the peace and more — through photos and stories from one of the most remote and untouched regions on Earth.
You'll leave with recipes, full bellies, and a few stories of your own. And for those who want to go further in — we'll show you how.
