On The Lawn: Creative Fresh Air™

Fresh air for anyone living at the intersection of creativity, art, and business.

This is our pilot event — a first step toward something bigger.

We’re testing what happens when you mix a little structure with a lot of creative freedom. There’s a loose agenda to keep things flowing, but the heart of the night is unfiltered conversation. A space to connect, share ideas, and let things unfold naturally.

If the energy feels right (and we think it will), the plan is to grow it — slowly, intentionally — into a full-scale creative experience. One day, we hope to take over the Hayden Homes Amphitheater with a citywide celebration of creativity, conversation, and community.

For now, it starts here — with a lawn, a few folding chairs, and you.

What is On The Lawn?

On The Lawn is a creative gathering series hosted by RADCAT (website), a Webby Award–winning digital experience studio, and Three Pines Collective (website), a purpose-driven brand and marketing team. Together, we’ve teamed up to create the kind of event we always wished existed — one rooted in real connection, not performance.

It’s not a panel. It’s not a pitch night. It’s a place to step outside, pull up a lawn chair, and connect with other thoughtful people navigating the creative business world—no pretense, no pressure—just ideas, conversation, and a little fresh air.

We’re honored to have two incredible founding partners and advisors helping shape this vision:
Matt Hernandez, SVP and Head of Design at Paramount Streaming, and
Bobby Napiltonia, visionary investor and tech advisor.

Matt and Bobby believe in the power of creative communities and are helping us build something lasting — right here in Bend.

Each event is designed to spark connection, inspire momentum, and remind us all that the best ideas often start with a simple conversation.

What to Expect:

• Kick things off with quick welcomes and intros
• Hear from Matt Hernandez, SVP Head of Design at Paramount Streaming, and Bobby Napiltonia, tech investor and advisor.
• Open mingle + creative micro-conversations and activities
• Leave feeling inspired, energized, and connected

Bring:

• A lawn chair (or something to sit on the lawn during group discussions)
• Curiosity, projects, ideas, or questions
• A friend or collaborator—just make sure they’ve RSVPed

Don’t bring: egos, sales pitches, or closed minds.

How to Find Us
We’ll be gathered outside in folding chairs in front of RADCAT Studio (located to the left of the Podski on the turf lawn)—just look for the energy and the lawn setup. Street parking is available nearby.

Why It Matters
On The Lawn is more than an event—it’s a catalyst for community. We’re building a space that champions creative collaboration in Bend, where conversations spark ideas, and ideas spark impact. Together with RADCAT and Three Pines, we’re bringing people together to inspire real outcomes.
