ATTENDING EVENTS: All events will have an attendee limit based on the venue and type of event. Events fill up quickly. When the event is full, a waitlist begins. Members are moved over from the waitlist to RSVP going in the order of when they signed up. It is beneficial to download the Meetup App and have notifications ON. This way you will get notices of being moved from a waitlist, notices of new events, comments under events, changes in dates or times or specifics on directions. Please keep your RSVP current at all times. If you sign up for an event and can't make it, please UNRSVP. This will allow others on a waitlist to attend. Giving 24-hour notice is ideal. However, life happens, things come up and we understand that. NO SHOWS are unacceptable, and we do keep track of how many a member has.
