🥾 Let's head back to the Upper Deschutes River for a beautiful, scenic 5.5 mile (with an option to extend) out and back hike starting at the Benham Falls East Day Use Trailhead.

This is a beautiful trail starting from a lesser known location and trailhead! It truly is a hidden gem! ** This is a moderate pace, hike, not easy, not leisurely! **

This trail is rated easy online, but it leans more toward Moderate in my opinion.*

WHAT TO EXPECT:
There is NO CELL📵 SERVICE AT THE TRAILHEAD!!!!
No Dogs.
Bring plenty of water and a snack.
Potable water is not available at this site.
Length: Around 5.5 Miles
Elevation Gain: 341 feet
Hiking poles optional.
Restrooms available at the trail head and the turn around point.
