Join us for a relaxing, social gathering with Benevolent Friends! We'll kick off with a short guided meditation - nothing fancy, just an opportunity to clear our minds and relax - easy for everyone...with or without any past meditation experience.

Then we simply chat, meet new friends, and enjoy the good vibes.

Our goal is to leave recharged, refreshed, and ready to be the best, most peaceful versions of ourselves in our community.

What to bring:

* An open mind and kind spirit
* A friend or two (or three). All are welcome!
* An optional pillow or blanket for extra comfort (seating is provided)
