About this Meetup:
Life can be overwhelming — even the simplest days can sometimes feel heavy. This daily check-in is a calm, caring space for anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, loneliness, burnout, or just the weight of everyday life. You don’t have to be at your best to show up here. You just have to show up — as you are.
This space is open to everyone. Whether you want to share, listen, or simply sit quietly among people who understand, you’re welcome here. There’s no pressure to fix anything, give advice, or be cheerful. We believe in the power of gentle connection, small conversations, and being seen without judgment.

### 🌼 What to Expect
Each meetup is about 30–45 minutes, guided by a light structure that keeps things gentle and balanced.
- Welcome & Grounding (5 mins)
We start with a small breathing exercise or mindfulness moment to help everyone arrive in the space.
- Daily Check-In Round (10–15 mins)
Everyone (if comfortable) shares how they’re feeling today — in a few words, an emotion, or even with a number from 1–10.
There’s no need to explain or justify, just express what’s real for you.
- Daily Theme or Reflection (10–15 mins)
We explore a small topic each day — something uplifting, reflective, or healing. It can be as simple as:
- “What’s one small thing that made today a little better?”
- “How can you be kind to yourself this week?”
- “If your mood were weather, what would it be today?”
- Closing & Gratitude (5 mins)
We end with a gratitude moment — one small thing, person, or feeling you’re thankful for.
A reminder that even small sparks of hope matter.
