Leading Gen Z Teams: What the Data Is Telling Us
Details
Please start by filling the short Google Form (click here)
Your responses will directly shape the conversation at this meetup.
Over the last few meetups, we’ve been listening closely.
We’ve brought Gen Z and leaders into the same room, and we’ve also held a Gen Z–only space to hear perspectives without hierarchy.
What emerged wasn’t conflict.
It was misalignment.
Expectations that feel clear on one side are being interpreted very differently on the other.
And many leaders are quietly trying to make sense of why Gen Z is receiving so much organizational attention.
This meetup is the next step in that learning.
## What to expect
- A thoughtful, grounded discussion shaped by real inputs from the Google Form
- Patterns and insights drawn from mixed and Gen Z–only conversations we’ve already had
- Context and data to help explain why certain workforce shifts are happening
- Space to think clearly about expectations, ownership, and leadership without oversimplifying
This is not a talk.
It’s a sense-making conversation.
## Who this is for
- People managing teams and leading people
- Leaders building products or outcomes with teams
- Those working closely with early-tenure (0–5 years) professionals
- Anyone noticing changes in how work, expectations, and motivation show up in teams
- Or if this makes you curious, you are most welcome :)
## Who we wish to avoid
- People looking to blame or stereotype any generation
- Those seeking quick fixes, templates, or performative answers
- Anyone coming to defend positions rather than explore patterns
If you’re open to thinking, listening, and making sense of what’s changing, start with the form below.
