What we’re about

We are group of Osho meditation practitioners in the outskirts of Bangalore looking for like-minded Osho meditators to join weekend meditation retreats. Most of them are FREE or self-supported retreats.

In the realm of traditional meditation practices, the emphasis often lies on seated stillness to achieve silence. However, the true treasure lies in nurturing an inner tranquility, while the external stillness merely complements this internal serenity. Yet, for many of us, the weight of accumulated stress within our being makes achieving this calmness, both within and without, a challenging feat.

This is precisely why I've found solace and resonance in OSHO Active Meditations. Crafted through Osho's extensive and meticulous experimentation, these practices offer a scientific approach. They serve as a bridge, allowing us to consciously confront and release suppressed emotions and tensions, harmonizing the body to a state of relaxed equilibrium. And it's from this place of balance that the inward expedition truly commences.

Embarking on this journey of self-discovery and inner harmony has been immensely transformative for me, and I extend a heartfelt invitation to join me in experiencing the wonders of OSHO Active Meditations at the ZEN MASTER ACADEMY.

At the center, surrounded by a nurturing environment and guided by experienced facilitators, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a range of OSHO Active Meditations. These practices have been meticulously designed by Osho after extensive experimentation to cater to our modern-day challenges. Here are some Osho meditations, along with their associated mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits:

  1. Dynamic Meditation: This powerful practice involves vigorous movement, cathartic techniques, and moments of silence. Benefits include increased energy levels, stress release, heightened awareness, and a sense of emotional balance.
  2. Kundalini Meditation: By focusing on repetitive movements, breathing patterns, and witnessing emotions, this meditation helps in releasing stagnant energy, awakening inner vitality, reducing anxiety, and fostering a deeper sense of inner peace.
  3. Nadabrahma Meditation: Through humming, hand movements, and silence, this meditation aids in harmonizing the body-mind connection, enhancing creativity, soothing the nervous system, and promoting mental clarity.
  4. OSHO Nataraj Meditation: Combining dance, music, and stillness, this meditation encourages self-expression, emotional release, balance, and an experience of inner freedom and joy.
  5. OSHO No-Mind Meditation: Utilizing gibberish and silence, this meditation facilitates the release of mental chatter, emotional baggage, and fosters a state of deep relaxation, clarity, and heightened consciousness.

Participating in these Osho meditations at the center can lead to a multitude of benefits. Mentally, they often lead to increased clarity, improved focus, and reduced mental chatter. Emotionally, they can help in releasing suppressed feelings, promoting emotional balance, and fostering a sense of inner peace. Spiritually, they offer a path to self-awareness, a deeper connection with oneself, and a greater understanding of the inner realms.

We invite you to join us Osho weekend retreat at the ZEN MASTER ACADEMY (Most of them are FREE or self-supported retreats) to explore these transformative practices firsthand, rediscover inner peace, and embark on a journey toward self-discovery and personal growth.
