Teacher-Led Sangha Meeting with Bob Stahl on Zoom

We invite you to join us for our next sangha meeting on Sunday, January 25th, 4-6 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 120 East J Street, Benicia.

We will be gathering in St. Paul’s Parish Hall to watch our teacher, Bob Stahl, give an online Dharma talk on the subject of “The 4 foundations of mindfulness as a direct path to realization.”

This talk will go over some of the history of the Buddha’s awakening and the emphasis on the 4 foundations of mindfulness and the 13 refrains found within this teaching as a direct path to realization.

The structure of this gathering is a 30-minute meditation, followed by a 20-minute tea and social period, concluding with a dharma talk (teachings) and Q and A
