Teacher-Led Sangha Meeting with Mei Elliot on Zoom

We invite you to join us for our next sangha meeting on Sunday, February 22, 4-6 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 120 East J Street, Benicia.
We will be gathering in St. Paul's Parish Hall to watch our teacher, Mei Elliot, give an online Dharma talk on the subject of "The Beauty of Virtue: Living Ethically"

This talk will explore the important role of sila (ethical conduct) in our practice. Serving as both a foundation for our awakening and a ground for social harmony, the five precepts lay the path for a beautiful life. We’ll explore each of these precepts as well as how to relate to complicated ethical cases
The structure of this gathering is a 30-minute meditation, followed by a 20-minute tea and social period, concluding with a dharma talk (teachings) and Q and A.
