Sangha Gathering with Kevin Griffin

We invite you to join us Sunday, May 17th, 2026 4-6 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 120 East J Street, Benicia. Our Teacher Kevin Griffin will be giving an in-person Dharma talk, covering the sutta called “Two Kinds of Thought.”
Here the Buddha keeps an eye on whether his thoughts are wholesome or unwholesome. It contains the famous quote: “Whatever one frequently thinks and ponders upon, that will become the inclination of mind.”
The structure of this gathering is a 30-minute meditation, followed by a 20-minute tea and social period, concluding with a dharma talk (teachings) and Q and A
