Teacher-Led Sangha Gathering with Tony Bernhard

We invite you to join us Sunday, June 7, 2026 4-6 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 120 East J Street, Benicia. Our Teacher Tony Bernhard will be giving an in-person Dharma talk on the topic “Ethical Conduct is the Path of Liberation”

We take up meditation and engage in dharma study to cultivate morally skillful behavior in our speech and action. Ethical conduct is not an adjunct to practice, it is at the heart of practice and, in the end, is the very point of practice.

The structure of this gathering is a 30-minute meditation, followed by a 20-minute tea and social period, concluding with a dharma talk (teachings) and Q and A
