Hike Lower BATS trails/Mt Anthony with GMC and Shires Young Professionals

Bennington GMC is joining with Shires Young Professionals to explore the lower BATS (Bennington Area Trail System) trails just above the Everett Mansion on Mt Anthony in Bennington, VT. This will be an easy to moderate loop hike under 2 miles in length with a few stretches of up and downhill hiking. Hikers will have the option to add on a short visit to the Everett Cave at the end of the hike. Sturdy footwear is recommended. Hikers should bring water, a snack and insect repellent. Headlamps or flashlights will be needed for Everett Cave.

Meet at 10AM at the parking area next to the Athletic center of the former Southern Vermont College (see Google Maps directions below).

Dogs on leash are welcome.
