Walk the Walloomsac Valley Pathway in stick season

BECAUSE OF HEAVY RAIN FORCASTED ON SATURDAY, THIS HIKE IS POSTPONED UNTIL 1 PM ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8..
Join us for our annual relaxed paced walk from the Bennington Recreation Center, along the newly paved pathway through the Bennington Historic Cemetery, through the Headwaters Park, up the trail to lookouts of beaver wetlands and mountain views. We will end at the Greenberg Reserve. Cars will be there to bring us back to the Rec Center.
The total distance is just 3 miles, with only 100 feet of elevation change. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome.
Be sure to bring warm clothes and sturdy walking shoes and extra water. The weather in Vermont is unpredictable. In case of significant rain, we will postpone this event until Sunday, November 8,
