After starting with a group breathing exercise, there will be voluntary shares; you may specify what kind of feedback (if at all) you’d like! We’ll close with a brief meditation, stress reduction exercise, or inspirational reading from those before us who’ve healed!

Please RSVP - we send out the Zoom link to the RSVPs toward the end of the week, and send it again the day of.
