Benzo Hope Meeting

Join us for an uplifting session at Benzo Hope where we will focus on offering support and guidance for those navigating the challenges of benzodiazepine withdrawal and recovery. Our experienced facilitators will lead discussions on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and creating a supportive network for everyone in attendance. Whether you are currently tapering off benzodiazepines or off, this session aims to provide a safe space for sharing, learning, and fostering hope.

This support and recovery Session at Benzo Hope is open to individuals seeking mental and emotional wellness support in a warm and understanding environment. No matter where you are on your recovery journey, whether it be just starting out or further along the path, you are welcome to join us for an evening of connection, empathy, and mutual encouragement. Let's come together to build a community of hope and healing as we navigate the complexities of benzodiazepine withdrawal and recovery.

Benzo Hope is managed by volunteer members.
