Bereavement Support Circle - a safe space for grief
Details
## What we explore in the circle
Each session may include gentle discussion and guidance around:
- Understanding grief beyond the early days and months
- The ripple effect of secondary losses and hidden struggles
- How to offer and receive calm, grounded presence
- Holding space safely when strong emotions arise
- Boundaries, language and emotional safety
- Managing vulnerability, triggers and group dynamics
- Rebuilding connection and confidence in life after loss
- Compassionate, validating ways to talk about grief
There is no pressure to share. You are welcome exactly as you are.
