This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking class. This is a shared table in a Italian home in the heart of Bergamo, where two food cultures meet on a single evening.
MODOmio Edizione #01 is an intimate dinner for 6 people maximum. One menu, one table, one night.

The Menu
Welcome Aperitivo We begin together, Argentine style. A welcome vermouth sets the tone while the table fills with shared bites: crispy polenta with cashew cream and red wine caramelised onions (a nod to Lombardia), fosforito sandwiches filled with homemade salame and cheese (a tribute to Argentine festive bread), hummus, olives, carrots, and homemade bread.
First Course A plant-based reimagination of Bergamo's most iconic pasta. Casoncelli filled with seitan ragú, served with a cashew butter and sage cream sauce. Accompanied by a local wine from the region.
Dessert Where Italy and Argentina meet on a plate. A crostata reinterpreted with sweet batata, the Argentine sweet potato paste that appears on every festive table from Buenos Aires to Mendoza.

What to expect
An informal evening in a real home. Good music, good company, and food made with intention. This first edition is about meeting each other, sitting down together, and letting the food tell the story.
Places are limited to 6. Once you request to join, you will receive a confirmation message with the allergen list and payment details. Your spot is confirmed only after payment. The exact address in Bergamo will be shared exclusively with confirmed guests.
