What we’re about
This is an update on our Meetup journey and where we’re heading next.
Since our first Meetup on December 12, 2017, we’ve been guided by three principles:
Collaboration: lifelong learning is more awesome when you're doing it together.
Relevance: covering topics and presenting demos that can be used every day at work.
Support: we are committed to providing a supportive space where questions are welcomed, and members can stay informed about industry developments.
To enhance our relevance, we’re expanding our scope and therefore renaming our Meetup to the Advanced Design Technology Meetup. We will continue to cover Motion Design and 3D. We’ve already presented demos on topics like Generative AI and Interactivity, and plan to make these more prominent going forward.
We extend our gratitude to each of you for your continued interest and active participation in our community. To all our members old and new, we want to say a massive thank you: thanks for your time and attention, thanks for bringing your A-game to every discussion, and we look forward to many more years of sharing and inspiration in one of the most exciting fields around! Looking forward to seeing you at our Meetup!
