# Talk 1: Beyond Standard E-Commerce: Building a Custom Headless Stack with Django & React

## Summary
When standard e-commerce platforms fall short due to custom
business logic, high-risk payment gateways, or unique frontend
requirements, a custom headless architecture is the way to go. In this
talk, we’ll dive into a real-world case study of a cosmetics brand. We’ll
explore how to leverage Django and Django REST Framework as a robust
backend to power a highly interactive, 3D-driven frontend built with React
and Three.js.

Daniil is a freelance web developer specializing in Python
and JavaScript ecosystems. He focuses on building custom web applications
and scalable architectures, helping clients bridge the gap between complex
business logic and engaging user experiences.

# Talk 2: It's About Time: Scheduling In Python

## Summary
A few years ago at Digon.IO, we needed an in-process scheduler for Python. However, the straightforward library turned out to be too limited (it didn’t support time zones), while the step up to more advanced libraries felt unnecessarily complex. What was missing was a developer-friendly scheduler that strikes the right balance between simplicity and capability.

In this talk, we’ll explore the scheduling options available in the Python ecosystem, discuss their trade-offs, and take a closer look at the Scheduler library developed at Digon.IO.
