Based out of Berkeley primarily. Weekdays mostly running in the afternoon/evenings. Weekends in the mornings in Berkeley and the surrounding Bay Area. Go for run, grab some coffee after.

Group is to improve and become a stronger and healthier you, meet like minded individuals looking for the same goal.

Type of running will be Hill Running primarily, Trail Running, and Speed sessions at a local track. Improve your half marathon, full marathon, find running partners. etc.
